A melatonin-free sleep formula combining standardized Sensoril® ashwagandha with lemon balm, passionflower, German chamomile, GABA and L-theanine. It is designed to promote relaxation and help relieve stress, restlessness and nervousness that can interfere with sleep.
 
BEST FOR
Adults whose difficulty falling asleep is associated with evening tension, stress or an overactive mind. Unlike melatonin, this formula is not primarily intended to reset the body clock for jet lag or shift work. Persistent insomnia, loud snoring, breathing pauses or significant daytime sleepiness should be professionally assessed.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 capsules 30–60 minutes before or at bedtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
At the labelled dose, 90 capsules provide a 45-day supply. Consult a healthcare practitioner if sleeplessness continues for more than four weeks.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
This product may cause drowsiness. Do not combine it with alcohol, cannabis, sleep medications, benzodiazepines, sedating antihistamines or other products that increase drowsiness without professional guidance. Do not drive, operate machinery or perform tasks requiring alertness after taking it.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you have thyroid disease, an autoimmune condition, diabetes, low blood pressure or liver disease. Ask our pharmacist before using it with thyroid medication, sedatives, antidepressants, anti-anxiety medication, immunosuppressants, or medicines that lower blood sugar or blood pressure.
 
Rare cases of liver injury have been associated with ashwagandha. Stop use and seek prompt medical advice for yellow skin or eyes, dark urine, unusual fatigue, persistent nausea, loss of appetite or upper abdominal pain. Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs, particularly if you are sensitive to chamomile, ragweed or related plants.
