HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily with food to reduce the possibility of digestive upset.
 
Depending on the dose, 60 capsules provide a 30- to 60-day supply.

INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Each capsule provides 50 mg of concentrated fruiting-body extract from each of the following:
Chaga — 8:1 extract, equivalent to 400 mg dried mushroom
Cordyceps militaris — 8:1 extract, equivalent to 400 mg
Lion’s mane — 8:1 extract, equivalent to 400 mg
Maitake — 4:1 extract, equivalent to 200 mg
Reishi — 8:1 extract, equivalent to 400 mg
Shiitake — 8:1 extract, equivalent to 400 mg
Turkey tail — 8:1 extract, equivalent to 400 mg
 
It also supplies 20 mg each of chaga, lion’s mane, maitake, reishi, shiitake and turkey-tail cultured mycelium, plus 20 mg of Ophiocordyceps sinensis stroma.
The fruiting-body ingredients are hot-water or hot-water-and-alcohol extracts.
The current label does not state a standardized beta-glucan percentage.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients are acacia gum, hypromellose and magnesium stearate. Vegan and labelled free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, yeast, sugar, genetically modified ingredients, artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and animal products.
