HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Mix 1 scoop in water once daily and take with food. Take it a few hours before or after medications and other natural health products.
 
The 213 g container provides approximately 30 daily servings. For osteoarthritis-related joint pain, use consistently for at least five months before assessing the full benefit.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding or take a blood thinner. Each scoop contains 120 mcg of vitamin K2, which can significantly affect warfarin therapy.
 
Separate this mineral-containing powder from levothyroxine, certain antibiotics and bisphosphonate medications according to your pharmacist’s directions. Ask our pharmacist before use if you have kidney disease, kidney stones, high blood calcium or take other calcium, magnesium, vitamin D or vitamin K supplements.
