HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults and adolescents 13 years and older: Spray four times into the mouth, three times daily. Take with food and a few hours before or after medications or other natural health products. Store below 25°C in a dry place.

Do not combine with alcohol, cannabis, sleep aids or other products with sedating effects. Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs. Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen, persist or sleeplessness continues for more than four weeks.
