WHY WE STOCK IT
A convenient liquid joint supplement providing hyaluronic acid to help support mobility and flexibility in cats and dogs. Each 5 mL supplies 30 mg of hyaluronic acid plus 63 mg of licorice root.
BEST FOR
Cats and dogs experiencing age-related stiffness or reduced joint mobility, or active animals needing additional joint support. Persistent limping, pain, swelling, or sudden mobility changes should be assessed by a veterinarian.
HOW TO GIVE IT
Shake well and give directly by mouth or add to food. Follow your veterinarian’s directions or use the manufacturer’s weight-based serving:
- 1–10 lb: 1.25 mL daily
- 11–20 lb: 2.5 mL daily
- 21–40 lb: 5 mL daily
- 41–75 lb: 7.5 mL daily
- 76–100 lb: 10 mL daily
- Over 100 lb: 12.5 mL daily
The manufacturer notes it may be given once or twice daily with meals. Refrigerate after opening and use within six months.
MEDICATION CAUTIONS
Consult your veterinarian before use if your pet is pregnant, breeding, has heart, kidney, liver, blood-pressure, or electrolyte concerns, or takes prescription medication. Licorice root may interact with corticosteroids, diuretics, heart or blood-pressure medications and products that affect potassium levels. Stop use and contact your veterinarian if your pet’s condition worsens or does not improve.
