HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 soft gels once daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
The two-soft-gel serving provides 2,000 mg of combined EPA and DHA. At the recommended dose, 60 soft gels provide a 30-day supply.
 
Taking the capsules during or immediately after a meal may reduce fishy burps, reflux and stomach upset.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, clopidogrel, aspirin or another anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication
Have a bleeding disorder or bruise easily
Are preparing for surgery or a dental procedure
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have liver disease, a heart-rhythm disorder or another medical condition
Take medication to reduce cholesterol or triglycerides
Have a fish or seafood allergy
 
Do not discontinue a prescription blood thinner or triglyceride medication in favour of this supplement.
 
Possible adverse effects include fishy aftertaste, burping, heartburn, nausea, loose stools or abdominal discomfort. Stop use and seek medical attention if an allergic reaction or unusual bleeding develops.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the tamper-evident seal is missing or damaged.
 
MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Each two-soft-gel daily serving provides:
Total omega-3 fatty acids: 2,150 mg
EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid): 1,125 mg
DHA (docosahexaenoic acid): 875 mg
Other omega-3 fatty acids: approximately 150 mg
 
The purified deep-sea fish oil is sourced from wild-caught anchovies, sardines, mackerel and herring. The omega-3s are supplied in triglyceride form.
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Soft-gel capsule ingredients include gelatin, glycerin, purified water and natural flavour. The formula also contains natural lemon flavour, RRR-alpha tocopherol as an antioxidant and rosemary extract as a preservative.
 
Contains fish and animal-derived gelatin. This product is not vegetarian or vegan.
 
The current formula is labelled free from gluten, milk derivatives, wheat, soy and synthetic dyes. Customers with a severe allergy should confirm the physical bottle because ingredient sources and manufacturing information can change.
