A vegan, iron-free multivitamin and mineral formula designed for adult men under 50. It combines more than 20 nutrients with a 300 mg daily blend of vegetables, fruits, herbs and algae, including ingredients grown on Natural Factors’ organic, non-GMO farm.

Adult men seeking broad nutritional support when their diet may not consistently provide enough vitamins and minerals. The formula includes zinc, selenium, folate and vitamins C, D3, K2 and B12 to help maintain general health, immune function, energy metabolism and normal red-blood-cell formation.
 
This multivitamin can help address nutritional gaps but does not replace a varied diet or treat fatigue, heart disease, infertility, prostate disease or another medical condition. It contains no iron and may not be appropriate for someone with diagnosed iron deficiency.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after other medications, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
At the labelled dose, 60 tablets provide a 30-day supply.
 
Swallow the tablets whole with sufficient water. Avoid combining this product with another multivitamin or high-dose vitamin and mineral supplements unless the total daily intake has been reviewed.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take warfarin or another anticoagulant, because the formula contains vitamin K2
Have diabetes or take glucose-lowering medication, as chromium may affect blood-glucose control
Have kidney disease, cardiovascular disease or an estrogen-dependent cancer
Have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication, because the formula contains iodine
Are preparing for surgery
Currently smoke or previously smoked and have been advised to avoid beta-carotene supplements
 
Separate levothyroxine by at least 4 hours. Minerals can also reduce the absorption of certain antibiotics and osteoporosis medications; ask our pharmacist to plan appropriate spacing.
 
This product is intended for adult men and is not formulated for pregnancy, breastfeeding or children. Keep out of reach of children.
 
Do not use it to self-treat urinary difficulty or presumed prostate enlargement. Seek prompt medical assessment for blood in the urine, painful urination, inability to urinate, unexplained weight loss or persistent changes in urinary flow.
 
Stop use and seek advice if a rash, swelling, significant stomach upset or another unexpected reaction develops.

The whole-food blend contains numerous vegetables, cruciferous plants, fruits, herbs and algae, including barley grass, garlic, broccoli sprouts, wasabi, grape, berries, turmeric, decaffeinated green tea, milk thistle, ginger, echinacea, spirulina, chlorella and kelp.
 
NON-MEDICINAL AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Non-medicinal ingredients: Plant cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, sodium copper chlorophyllin, cellulose-and-glycerin coating, vegetable lubricant from palm and silica.
 
Vegan and labelled free from dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, tree nuts and genetically modified ingredients.
 
Soy requires clarification: the manufacturer’s current Canadian allergen statement does not expressly identify the product as soy-free, and its vitamin K2 is sourced from natto bean. Customers with a severe soy allergy should confirm suitability with Natural Factors and check the physical label before use.
