A comprehensive bone-support formula featuring microcrystalline hydroxyapatite (MCHA), a source of calcium and phosphorus naturally found in bones and teeth. It combines MCHA with type I hydrolyzed collagen, magnesium, vitamins D3 and K2, zinc, silicon, manganese, copper and boron.

Supplements should complement appropriate weight-bearing exercise, dietary calcium and medical assessment of fracture risk.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 2 capsules one to three times daily with food. Take them a few hours before or after medications and other natural health products.
 
Depending on the dose, 120 capsules provide a 20- to 60-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have a liver disorder. Ask our pharmacist before use if you have kidney disease, kidney stones, elevated blood calcium or a condition affecting calcium metabolism.
 
Vitamin K2 can interfere with warfarin and other vitamin K–antagonist anticoagulants. Do not begin or stop this product without approval from the clinician monitoring your anticoagulation.
 
Calcium and magnesium may reduce the absorption of levothyroxine, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates, iron and certain other medicines. Follow your pharmacist’s recommended separation interval. Check your total calcium and vitamin D intake if you also use a multivitamin or another bone supplement.
 
This product does not replace prescribed osteoporosis treatment. Keep out of reach of children.
 
INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Each capsule provides 133.3 mg of elemental calcium and 53.3 mg of phosphorus from 426.67 mg of calcium hydroxyapatite, plus 106.66 mg of type I hydrolyzed collagen, 41.66 mg of magnesium, 2.5 mg of zinc, 1.66 mg of silicon, 833.33 mcg of manganese, 333.33 mcg of copper, 116.66 mcg of boron, 20 mcg of vitamin K2 and 166.66 IU of vitamin D3.
 
The formula is labelled free from gluten, dairy, soy, wheat, yeast, genetically modified ingredients, and artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. It contains bovine-sourced collagen and is not suitable for vegans or vegetarians, although the capsule shell itself is vegetable-based.
 
STORAGE INFORMATION
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.
