HOW TO TAKE IT

MEDICATION CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have a kidney disorder. Because it supplies 200 mg of magnesium, separate it from levothyroxine, certain antibiotics and bisphosphonate medications—ask our pharmacist for the appropriate interval. Creatine may cause water-related weight gain and can affect creatinine blood-test results, so tell your healthcare provider that you take it before kidney-function testing.
