HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 capsules daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
At the labelled dose, 60 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
Because celery seed has traditionally been used as a diuretic, maintain normal hydration unless a healthcare professional has instructed you to restrict fluids.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are allergic to celery, carrots or other plants in the Apiaceae/Umbelliferae family.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Have diabetes or take glucose-lowering medication
Have kidney disease, reduced kidney function or a history of kidney stones
Take a prescription diuretic or medication for blood pressure
Have heart failure, unexplained swelling or instructions to restrict fluids

Celery seed may increase sensitivity to ultraviolet light. Limit prolonged sunbathing and avoid tanning beds while using it. Use protective clothing and broad-spectrum sunscreen when outdoors.
 
Sensitive individuals may experience an allergic reaction. Stop use and seek immediate medical attention for hives, facial or throat swelling, wheezing or difficulty breathing. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
 
Seek prompt medical assessment for sudden or one-sided swelling, shortness of breath, chest pain, markedly reduced urination, a hot and severely swollen joint, fever or intense joint pain. Keep out of reach of children.

Celery 15:1 seed extract (Apium graveolens): 75 mg
Standardized to 80% 3-n-butylphthalide, calculated as total phthalides
 
Non-medicinal ingredients: Vegetarian capsule made from cellulose and purified water, rice powder and vegetable-grade magnesium stearate.
 
Vegan and labelled free from dairy, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, artificial colours, preservatives, sweeteners and genetically modified ingredients.
 
Contains celery, a recognized food allergen. People allergic to celery, carrot, parsley, coriander, fennel or related plants may be at greater risk of a reaction.
