Adults seeking antioxidant support during exposure to oxidative stress, including environmental pollution, airborne irritants or smoke. NAC acts as a mucolytic and is licensed to help relieve symptoms of chronic bronchitis in people experiencing oxidative stress.

HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals containing protein.
 
At the labelled dose, 90 capsules provide a 30-day supply. Consult a healthcare practitioner before using it for longer than three months.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have an active peptic ulcer, or while taking:
An antibiotic
Nitroglycerin
Activated charcoal
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take any medication or have a medical condition, including diabetes or kidney stones. Ask our pharmacist before combining it with anticoagulants or antiplatelet medication.
 
Alpha-lipoic acid may lower blood glucose. Stop use and seek medical advice if sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness or confusion occurs, as these may indicate significant hypoglycemia.
 
The full daily dose provides approximately 50 mg of vitamin B6. Avoid combining it with another high-dose B6 or B-complex supplement. Stop use and seek advice if unexplained numbness, tingling or burning develops.
 
Discontinue use if gastrointestinal discomfort occurs. Seek urgent care for severe or rapidly worsening shortness of breath, blue lips, chest pain, confusion, coughing up blood or difficulty speaking in complete sentences.
