HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults, adolescents and children aged six years and older: Take 1 capsule twice daily with meals.
 
When taking antibiotics, use this probiotic at least 2–3 hours before or after the antibiotic. At the labelled dose, 120 capsules provide a 60-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition unless specifically directed and monitored by your healthcare team. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, seriously ill, have a central venous catheter or take immunosuppressive medication.
 
Seek medical advice before use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if digestive upset occurs, worsens or persists for more than three days.
 
Mild gas or bloating may occur when first starting a probiotic. This formula contains fructooligosaccharides, which may be poorly tolerated by some people with significant bloating or sensitivity to fermentable carbohydrates.
