Possible effects include skin flushing from niacin, headache, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, nosebleeds, rash, restlessness or difficulty sleeping. Stop use and seek medical advice if these occur. Seek urgent care for chest pain, fainting, a severe allergic reaction or an erection lasting longer than four hours.
