WHY WE STOCK IT
A concentrated 4:1 mullein extract made from certified organic leaf and flower. Each vegan capsule provides 400 mg of extract, equivalent to 1,600 mg of dried mullein, and is traditionally used as an expectorant to help loosen mucus and relieve chest complaints associated with coughs and bronchitis.
 
BEST FOR
Adults, adolescents and children aged six years and older seeking traditional herbal support for a mucus-producing cough or chest congestion. It is not a replacement for an inhaler, antibiotic or medical assessment when breathing symptoms are severe or persistent.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Children 6–9 years: Take 1 capsule once daily.
Children and adolescents 10–14 years: Take 1 capsule twice daily.
Adults and adolescents 15 years and older: Take 1 capsule four times daily.
At the adult dose, 60 capsules provide a 15-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek medical advice if symptoms worsen, continue for more than one week, or occur with a fever above 38°C, rash, persistent headache or thick yellow or green mucus.
 
Seek urgent care for difficulty breathing, blue lips, chest pain, confusion, coughing up blood or rapidly worsening symptoms. People with asthma, COPD or another chronic respiratory condition should not replace prescribed treatment with mullein.
