WHY WE STOCK IT
A high-potency vitamin B12 supplement containing methylcobalamin, a biologically active form of B12. Each quick-dissolving tablet provides 2,500 mcg to help prevent vitamin B12 deficiency, support red-blood-cell formation and maintain normal energy metabolism and immune function.
 
BEST FOR
Adults with increased B12 needs or a confirmed deficiency, including some vegetarians, vegans, older adults and people taking medications that may reduce B12 absorption, such as metformin or long-term acid-suppressing medication.
 
Vitamin B12 does not act as a stimulant or reliably increase energy when B12 status is already adequate. Persistent fatigue, weakness, numbness, memory changes or anemia should be medically assessed rather than treated based on symptoms alone.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Dissolve 1 tablet daily on or under the tongue, or take as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
Do not chew or swallow the tablet immediately; allow it to dissolve. At the labelled dose, 90 tablets provide a 90-day supply.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have unexplained anemia, a cobalt or cobalamin allergy, significant kidney disease or a serious medical condition.
 
Ask our pharmacist if you take metformin, proton-pump inhibitors, H2 blockers or other medication that may affect B12 status. These medicines do not necessarily prevent supplementation, but bloodwork and individualized dosing may be appropriate.
 
High-dose B12 is generally well tolerated. Possible effects include nausea, diarrhea, headache, itching or, less commonly, acne-like skin eruptions. Stop use and seek medical attention if hives, swelling, wheezing or another allergic reaction develops.
 
Seek prompt assessment for numbness, tingling, balance problems, confusion, marked weakness or persistent fatigue. Neurological injury from significant B12 deficiency can become permanent if diagnosis and treatment are delayed.
 
Keep out of reach of children.

Mannitol, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate and natural flavour.
Vegan, vegetarian-friendly and non-GMO. Labelled free from dairy, starch, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, artificial preservatives, artificial colours and artificial sweeteners.
 
Mannitol is a sugar alcohol. The small amount in one tablet is unlikely to affect most people, but excessive intake of sugar alcohols can cause digestive discomfort.
 
STORAGE
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children and do not use if the safety seal is broken.
