WHY WE STOCK IT
A child-friendly blueberry-flavoured chewable combining 250 mg of vitamin C with 25 mg of concentrated ElderCraft® European black elderberry extract—equivalent to 1,600 mg of elderberry fruit. Vitamin C provides antioxidant support and helps maintain immune function, healthy bones, teeth, gums and connective tissue.
 
BEST FOR
Children five years and older who prefer a chewable tablet and may not consistently obtain enough vitamin C from food. It can provide daily nutritional support but is not proven to prevent or treat colds, influenza or other infections.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Children 5–9 years: Chew one tablet one to two times daily.
Adolescents and adults 10 years and older: Chew one tablet one to three times daily.
Use under adult supervision and do not exceed the age-appropriate dose unless directed by a healthcare professional.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Not intended for children younger than five unless recommended by a healthcare professional. Ask your pharmacist before use if the child takes immunosuppressive medication or has an autoimmune condition, kidney disease, a history of kidney stones or an iron-overload disorder. Consult a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Higher vitamin C intake may cause nausea, abdominal cramping or diarrhea; reduce or stop use if this occurs. Chewable vitamin C is acidic, so avoid brushing immediately afterward and encourage rinsing with water. Keep out of reach of young children.
