GlucosaJoint is not an immediate pain reliever. Omega Alpha recommends using it consistently for at least one month before evaluating its benefit. It does not replace exercise, physiotherapy, weight management or prescribed treatment for osteoarthritis or another joint condition.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Shake well and take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) three times daily with food. Avoid taking it at bedtime.
 
At the labelled dose of 15 mL daily, the 500 mL bottle provides approximately a 33-day supply—enough for the manufacturer’s recommended minimum one-month trial.
 
Do not refrigerate. Consume within six months after opening.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take warfarin, another anticoagulant or an antiplatelet medication
Take medication for diabetes or monitor your blood glucose
Have gallstones, a blocked bile duct, liver disease, a stomach ulcer or excess stomach acid
Have an allergy to shrimp, crab, lobster or other shellfish
Are preparing for surgery
Take prescription medication or another joint supplement
 
Glucosamine may increase warfarin’s anticoagulant effect in some people and could affect blood-glucose monitoring. Turmeric and boswellia may also interact with blood-thinning medications or aggravate certain gallbladder and digestive conditions.
 
Some people may experience mild bloating, constipation, indigestion, nausea or other gastrointestinal discomfort. Stop use and seek medical advice if an allergic reaction occurs. Consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms worsen.
Seek prompt medical assessment for a hot, red or markedly swollen joint, fever, sudden severe pain, inability to bear weight or pain following a significant injury.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the security seal is broken.
 
INGREDIENT AND ALLERGEN INFORMATION
Each 1-teaspoon (5 mL) serving contains:
D-glucosamine hydrochloride from shellfish exoskeletons: 500 mg
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM): 500 mg
Chondroitin sulphate from bovine cartilage: 400 mg
Boswellia serrata resin extract: 150 mg
Turmeric-rhizome extract: 150 mg
Manganese from manganese sulphate: 1.67 mg
 
The full daily dose of 15 mL provides 1,500 mg of glucosamine hydrochloride, 1,500 mg of MSM, 1,200 mg of chondroitin sulphate, 450 mg of boswellia extract, 450 mg of turmeric extract and approximately 5 mg of manganese.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients: Silicon from sodium metasilicate, purified water, citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, stevia and natural apple-juice concentrate.
 
Contains shellfish-derived glucosamine and bovine-derived chondroitin. This product is not vegetarian or vegan.
 
The manufacturer does not identify soy as an ingredient, but the current product information does not provide a formal soy-free claim. Customers with a severe soy allergy should confirm the physical label or contact Omega Alpha before use.
