Adults and individuals aged 13 or older looking for a drinkable aloe product to complement hydration and digestive wellness. Evidence for many oral aloe claims remains limited, and this product should not replace medical care for persistent reflux, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, or other ongoing digestive symptoms. This is an ingestible gel—not a topical skincare gel.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Drink 30–59 mL (1–2 fl oz) per serving, alone or mixed with a cool beverage, preferably 15–30 minutes before meals. Do not exceed 237 mL (8 fl oz) daily. Refrigerate after opening and use within 5–6 months.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication—particularly diabetes medication, diuretics, digoxin, or medicines affected by changes in potassium or bowel transit. Oral aloe may cause cramping, diarrhea, or an allergic reaction in some people. Discontinue use and seek advice if an adverse reaction occurs. Intended for ages 13 and older.
