HOW TO USE IT
For inhalation, add 4–12 drops to a diffuser or bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5–10 minutes.
 
For topical use by adults, mix 2–4 drops into ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) of vegetable carrier oil. Apply to the affected area up to three times daily. Never apply undiluted.

For external and occasional use only. Do not swallow. Keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes and out of reach of children. If swallowed, contact a poison-control centre or seek urgent medical attention.
 
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on inflamed skin or when dermatitis is present. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have asthma or epilepsy. Stop use if skin irritation, respiratory irritation, nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction occurs. Avoid exposing treated skin to sunlight and seek advice if symptoms persist or worsen.
