HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 2 capsules twice daily with food. Take the capsules a few hours before or after medications and other natural health products. For optimal results, take consistently each day.
 
At the labelled dose of 4 capsules daily, 120 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take warfarin or another blood thinner because this formula contains vitamin K1. Do not change your vitamin K intake abruptly when using warfarin.
 
Calcium and magnesium can reduce the absorption of certain medications. Separate this product from levothyroxine, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates and other interacting medicines according to your pharmacist’s instructions.
 
Consult before use if you have kidney disease, kidney stones, high blood calcium, a parathyroid disorder or another medical condition. Review your combined calcium and vitamin D intake if you also use a multivitamin or separate bone supplement. Possible effects include constipation, diarrhea or stomach discomfort.

The complete four-capsule daily dose provides:
Calcium: 800 mg from calcium citrate and calcium carbonate
Magnesium: 344 mg from magnesium bis-glycinate and magnesium oxide
Zinc: 12 mg from zinc citrate
Boron: 700 mcg from boron citrate
Vitamin K1: 120 mcg
Vitamin D3: 25 mcg or 1,000 IU
 
Non-medicinal ingredients are glycine, hypromellose and magnesium stearate. Free from gluten, dairy, wheat, sugar, genetically modified ingredients, artificial colours, flavours and preservatives. The capsule is vegetarian; the manufacturer does not label the complete formula vegan. NPN 80017016.
