A comprehensive women’s formula combining chasteberry, indole-3-carbinol, black cohosh, magnesium, active vitamin B6 and vitamin D3. It is used in herbal medicine to help stabilize menstrual-cycle irregularities and relieve PMS symptoms, including menstrual discomfort and nervous tension.

Adult women experiencing premenstrual symptoms or irregular menstrual cycles who are looking for longer-term nutritional and herbal support. The formula is intended to support healthy estrogen metabolism and generally requires consistent use over several menstrual cycles.
 
Irregular or absent periods, very heavy bleeding, bleeding after menopause, severe pelvic pain or new hormonal symptoms require medical assessment.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adult women aged 19 and older: Take 2 capsules daily with food.
Use for at least three months before assessing its full benefit. For long-term use, the manufacturer recommends periodic two-week breaks before restarting. At the labelled dose, 60 capsules provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use while trying to conceive unless a healthcare practitioner has approved it.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have liver disease, a hormone-sensitive condition or symptoms that may indicate low estrogen, including hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, joint pain, mood or libido changes and increasingly irregular periods.
 
Chasteberry may interact with medications for Parkinson’s disease and with hormone-containing treatments. Ask our pharmacist before combining this formula with birth-control pills, progesterone, hormone-replacement therapy, fertility medication, antipsychotics, dopamine-related medication, tamoxifen or an aromatase inhibitor.
 
The full daily dose supplies 50 mg of vitamin B6. Avoid combining it with other high-dose vitamin B6 or B-complex products without professional guidance. Stop use and seek advice if numbness, burning or tingling develops.
 
Stop use and obtain medical advice if yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, abdominal pain or other symptoms of liver trouble occur. Discontinue use if symptoms of low estrogen develop or worsen.

Vitamin D3: 500 IU (12.5 mcg)
 
The complete daily dose provides 400 mg of indole-3-carbinol, 400 mg of chasteberry extract, 150 mg of magnesium, 50 mg of vitamin B6 and 1,000 IU of vitamin D3.
