This is a buffered formula containing magnesium bis-glycinate chelate and magnesium oxide. It is not the same as CanPrev’s fully chelated 80 mg Ultra
Gentle formula and may be less suitable for people with very sensitive digestion.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults and adolescents aged nine years and older: Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
It may be taken with food if stomach discomfort occurs. At the labelled dose,
120 capsules provide a 120-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have kidney disease, an abnormal heart rhythm or another significant medical condition. Impaired kidney function can allow magnesium to accumulate to unsafe levels.
 
Magnesium can reduce the absorption of certain medications. Separate it from levothyroxine, tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics, bisphosphonates and some other oral medicines according to your pharmacist’s instructions—often by two to four hours.
 
Check your combined intake if you also use a multivitamin, antacid, laxative, electrolyte product or another magnesium supplement. Possible effects include loose stools, diarrhea, nausea or abdominal cramping. Reduce the dose or stop use if significant digestive symptoms occur.
