The manufacturer describes it as suitable for the face and body, although sensitive facial skin may find it irritating. Evidence that meaningful amounts of magnesium are absorbed through the skin remains limited, so it should not replace an oral magnesium supplement or prescribed treatment when magnesium replacement is required.
 
HOW TO USE IT
Spray lightly onto clean, dry skin and allow it to absorb. It may be used during the day or at night. Approximately 10 sprays provide 1 mL, containing 225 mg of magnesium chloride (55 mg elemental magnesium). This quantity describes the product applied—not necessarily the amount absorbed through the skin.
 
SAFETY CAUTIONS
For external use only. Avoid the eyes, mucous membranes, broken skin, and freshly shaved or irritated areas. Temporary tingling or stinging may occur; sensitive users can begin with a small patch test or dilute the spray with pure water or a skin-friendly oil. Discontinue use if persistent irritation develops. Keep out of reach of children.
