A single-ingredient joint-support formula containing SierraSil®, a naturally occurring hydrothermal clay-mineral complex. It is licensed in Canada for the temporary relief of joint pain and is promoted to support cartilage and joint function associated with movement.
 
BEST FOR
Adults seeking a non-herbal, glucosamine-free option for occasional joint discomfort. Clinical evidence is limited, and available studies have not consistently shown an advantage over placebo. It should not replace assessment or treatment for osteoarthritis, inflammatory arthritis or a joint injury.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 3 capsules once daily with water on an empty stomach—at least 30 minutes before or 2 hours after food and other beverages.
 
Take all medications and other supplements at least 4 hours before or after SierraSil because its clay structure may bind substances and reduce their absorption. Drink at least 6 glasses of water daily unless a healthcare professional has placed you on fluid restriction.
 
At the labelled dose, 180 capsules provide a 60-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Ask a healthcare professional before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you have kidney disease, cardiovascular disease, dehydration, a mineral disorder or instructions to restrict fluids.
 
The 4-hour separation is particularly important with levothyroxine, antibiotics, bisphosphonates, iron and other mineral supplements. Do not adjust prescription medication without professional guidance.
 
Reported effects may include changes in bowel movements, headache, skin irritation, low energy or changes in joint discomfort. Stop use and seek advice if a concerning reaction develops.
 
Seek medical assessment for a hot or markedly swollen joint, fever, inability to bear weight, significant injury, unexplained weight loss or pain that is severe, persistent or worsening. Keep out of reach of children.

The complex contains trace amounts of several elements, including calcium, potassium, iron, silicon, magnesium, manganese, copper, zinc and naturally occurring aluminum. It should not be viewed as a conventional daily multivitamin or mineral supplement.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, purified water, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and gellan gum.
 
Vegan and non-GMO. Labelled free from dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, animal products, artificial colours, preservatives and sweeteners.
