HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 tablets daily, preferably with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take warfarin, another anticoagulant or an antiplatelet medication
Take diabetes medication, chemotherapy, immunosuppressants or acetaminophen regularly
Take medication metabolized by liver enzymes
Have gallstones, a blocked bile duct, a stomach ulcer or excess stomach acid
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have an allergy to shrimp, crab or other shellfish
Are preparing for surgery
 
Glucosamine may increase warfarin’s anticoagulant effect and may affect blood-glucose monitoring. Turmeric, boswellia and the fruit extracts may also interact with certain medications.
 
Possible adverse effects include mild bloating, constipation, indigestion or stomach discomfort. Stop use if an allergic reaction occurs. Consult a healthcare practitioner if joint symptoms persist or worsen.
 
Seek prompt medical assessment for a hot, red or markedly swollen joint, fever, sudden severe pain, inability to bear weight or pain following a significant injury. Keep out of reach of children.

Glucosamine sulfate from shrimp and crab exoskeletons: 1,500 mg
MSM: 600 mg
Chondroitin sulfate from bovine cartilage: 400 mg
Fruit blend standardized to 76% polyphenols: 200 mg
Boswellia extract standardized to 60% boswellic acids: 100 mg
Turmeric 25:1 rhizome extract: 30 mg
Hydrolyzed Type II collagen from chicken cartilage: 15 mg
Hyaluronic acid: 15 mg
Manganese: 1.5 mg
Boron: 450 mcg
 
The fruit blend contains grape, pomegranate, strawberry, cranberry, blueberry, raspberry and bilberry.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients include croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropylcellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, maltodextrin, medium-chain triglycerides and vegetable-grade magnesium stearate.
 
Contains shellfish-derived glucosamine, bovine-derived chondroitin and chicken-derived collagen. It is not vegetarian or vegan.
