A high-potency probiotic designed for use during and after antibiotic therapy. Each capsule provides 100 billion colony-forming units (CFU) from five Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains.
 
The strain combination has been studied for helping supplement normal intestinal microflora following antibiotic treatment. The compact 14-capsule format is convenient for many common antibiotic courses.
 
BEST FOR
Adults, adolescents and children six years and older who want targeted intestinal-flora support while taking, or immediately after completing, an antibiotic.
 
This product does not make an antibiotic more effective, prevent every antibiotic side effect or treat an infection. It should not be advertised as preventing Clostridioides difficile infection or guaranteeing that antibiotic-associated diarrhea will not occur.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults, adolescents and children six years and older: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, at least 2–3 hours before or after the antibiotic, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
 
Continue taking the antibiotic exactly as prescribed and complete the prescribed course unless the prescriber directs otherwise.
 
At the labelled dose, 14 capsules provide a 14-day supply. Ask our pharmacist when to begin and how long to continue the probiotic because antibiotic schedules and treatment durations vary.
 
This formula contains bacterial probiotic strains only; it does not contain Saccharomyces boulardii or another beneficial yeast. The Canadian label specifically requires separation from antibiotics.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use if you have an immunocompromised condition. This includes significant immune suppression caused by illness, chemotherapy, transplant medication or another immunosuppressive treatment unless specifically approved by the treating healthcare professional.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have a central venous catheter, a serious underlying illness or a history of recurrent C. difficile infection.
 
Speak with a healthcare professional before use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain.
 
Antibiotic-associated diarrhea can sometimes begin during treatment or several weeks afterward. Seek prompt medical assessment for frequent watery diarrhea, blood or mucus in the stool, fever, significant abdominal pain, dehydration or symptoms that continue to worsen. Do not treat serious diarrhea with an over-the-counter anti-diarrheal medication without professional advice.
 
Probiotics may initially cause gas, bloating or changes in bowel movements. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if digestive upset develops, worsens or continues for more than three days.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the box, blister pack or its contents are open or damaged.

Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL-60: 25 billion CFU
Lactobacillus acidophilus CUL-21: 25 billion CFU
Ligilactobacillus salivarius CUL-61: 25 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis CUL-34: 23.75 billion CFU
Bifidobacterium bifidum CUL-20: 1.25 billion CFU
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
The current Canadian listing identifies fructooligosaccharides, hypromellose, sunflower lecithin and silica, with small amounts of ingredients used to maintain probiotic viability, including phosphates, trehalose, sucrose and sodium chloride.
 
Vegan, dairy-free, gluten-free and non-GMO tested.
 
The product is labelled soy-free and uses sunflower lecithin rather than soy lecithin. Confirm the physical package before publishing the complete non-medicinal ingredient list because older Canadian labels identify a slightly different excipient formula.
 
STORAGE AND SHIPPING
Store refrigerated below 8°C to maintain potency. Do not freeze or leave the package exposed to prolonged heat.
