A concentrated liquid vitamin K2 supplement providing 30 mcg of bioactive menaquinone-7 (MK-7) per drop. CanPrev uses K2VITAL®, a stable, plant-sourced and soy-free form of K2, delivered in coconut-derived MCT oil to support absorption.
 
Vitamin K helps maintain bones and plays an essential role in normal blood clotting.
 
BEST FOR
Adults who prefer liquid supplements or have difficulty swallowing capsules. The drop format allows the daily dose to be taken directly or mixed into food.
Vitamin K2 is often paired with vitamin D in bone-health routines, but this product contains vitamin K2 only. It does not contain vitamin D or calcium.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 4 drops daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
The daily dose provides 120 mcg of vitamin K2. A 15 mL bottle supplies approximately 112 daily servings, although the exact number may vary with drop size.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult your prescriber or pharmacist before use if you take warfarin or another vitamin K–antagonist anticoagulant. Vitamin K can reduce the medication’s anticoagulant effect and alter INR results. Do not start, stop or change your vitamin K intake without professional supervision.
 
Ask a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Have a blood-clotting disorder or history of thrombosis
Take prescription medication or another supplement containing vitamin K
Are preparing for surgery

The K2 is produced from non-soy plant oils rather than natto fermentation. Customers with a coconut allergy should consult a healthcare professional before use.
