Reishi is sometimes promoted for immunity, stress, sleep and cancer support, but this product is not licensed to prevent or treat cancer, infection, insomnia or another serious illness. Evidence for many broader reishi claims remains limited.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 3.2 mL or approximately 96 drops three times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
 
If it causes digestive discomfort, ask a healthcare practitioner whether it can be taken with food. Follow the current bottle directions if they differ.
 
At the labelled dose of 9.6 mL daily, the 50 mL bottle provides approximately five days of use.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS

Reishi may theoretically affect bleeding, blood glucose, blood pressure or immune activity. Clinical evidence and interaction data are limited, so medication monitoring may be appropriate.
 
Stop use and seek medical advice if unusual bruising, bleeding, dizziness, persistent digestive upset, dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or another concerning reaction develops.
 
Do not use if you are allergic to mushrooms. Stop immediately and obtain urgent help for facial or throat swelling, breathing difficulty or another severe allergic reaction.
 
The formula contains alcohol. Keep out of reach of children and do not exceed the labelled dose.
