A single-herb formula containing a water-soluble pumpkin-seed extract. It is used in herbal medicine to support healthy bladder function and provide supportive therapy for bladder irritation in men and women.
 
It is also licensed to help relieve urination difficulties associated with the early stages of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
 
BEST FOR
Adults experiencing bladder urgency, frequent urination, nighttime bathroom trips or mild urinary leakage who have first discussed the possible cause with a healthcare professional.
 
Bladder-control symptoms may result from pelvic-floor weakness, menopause, prostate enlargement, diabetes, constipation, infection, neurological conditions or medications. This supplement does not correct every cause and should not delay an appropriate assessment.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults:
First two weeks: Take 1 capsule three times daily.
After the first two weeks: Take 1 capsule twice daily.
 
Follow the directions of a healthcare practitioner if they differ from the package.
 
The first two weeks require 42 capsules. The remaining 18 capsules provide another nine days at the maintenance dose, so the 60-capsule bottle supplies approximately 23 days when beginning treatment.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Men should consult a healthcare practitioner before use to exclude prostate cancer. This supplement does not treat prostate cancer or replace a prostate examination, PSA testing or prescribed BPH medication.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Ask our pharmacist before combining it with prescription bladder or prostate medication, particularly if you experience dizziness, low blood pressure, difficulty urinating or incomplete bladder emptying.
 
Do not use if you are allergic to pumpkin or another Cucurbita species, including squash or zucchini. Stop use if a rash, swelling, breathing difficulty or another hypersensitivity reaction occurs.
 
Seek prompt medical assessment for:
Blood in the urine
Fever, chills, painful urination or suspected infection
New pelvic, back or side pain
A weak stream or inability to empty the bladder
Sudden or complete inability to urinate
New loss of bladder control accompanied by leg weakness, numbness or loss of bowel control
Symptoms that persist or worsen
 
Acute urinary retention is a medical emergency. This product should not be used to self-treat an active urinary tract infection.

Water-soluble pumpkin-seed extract (Cucurbita pepo): 262 mg
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian capsule made from cellulose and purified water, vegetable-grade magnesium stearate and silica.

Labelled free from dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, artificial preservatives, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners and genetically modified ingredients.
