HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Chew 1 gummy once daily. It may be taken with or without food, although taking vitamin D with a meal containing some fat may support absorption.
 
Take the gummy at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics because the formula contains live Bacillus coagulans.
 
At the labelled dose, 60 gummies provide a 60-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Have kidney disease, kidney stones or reduced kidney function
Have high blood calcium or a condition that can increase calcium levels
Have sarcoidosis, hyperparathyroidism or another disorder affecting vitamin D metabolism
Take digoxin, a thiazide diuretic or another medication affecting calcium levels
Take an immunosuppressant or have a significantly weakened immune system
Are pregnant, breastfeeding or trying to conceive
 
Check the total vitamin D supplied by your multivitamin, calcium supplement, omega-3 product and any other supplements before adding this gummy. Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a healthcare professional.
 
Excessive vitamin D intake can cause elevated calcium levels. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, constipation, unusual thirst, frequent urination, weakness, confusion or an irregular heartbeat. Stop use and seek medical advice if concerning symptoms develop.
 
Gummies can resemble candy. Keep the bottle securely out of reach of children and do not use it if the safety seal is broken or missing.
