This formula is iron-free, making it suitable for many adult men who do not require supplemental iron. It provides only 6 mg of magnesium and should not be considered a replacement for a dedicated magnesium supplement when one is required.

HOW TO TAKE IT
Men 18 years and older: Take 1 tablet once daily with food.
 
Take it a few hours before or after other medications or natural health products.
 
A longer separation may be required for levothyroxine, certain antibiotics or osteoporosis medications; ask our pharmacist for medication-specific timing.
 
At the labelled dose, 30 tablets provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Take warfarin, another blood thinner or an antiplatelet medication
Have gallstones, a blocked bile duct, a stomach ulcer or excess stomach acid
Have a thyroid condition or take thyroid medication
Take diabetes or blood-pressure medication
Have a chronic medical condition or take prescription medication
 
The formula contains vitamin K1. Anyone taking warfarin should maintain a consistent vitamin K intake and use this product only with professional monitoring.
 
Ginger, turmeric, grape-seed extract and hawthorn may interact with blood thinners or certain cardiovascular medications. Iodine may also require consideration for people with thyroid disease.
 
A diuretic effect may occur. Stop use if an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity develops. Possible effects may include nausea, stomach discomfort or changes in bowel habits.
 
Do not use if the safety seal is broken or shows signs of tampering. Keep out of reach of children.
