HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule one or two times daily with meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond eight weeks.
At the recommended dose, 90 capsules provide a 45- to 90-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you take blood-pressure-lowering medication. Olive-leaf extract may have an additive effect and could contribute to dizziness or blood pressure that is too low.
 
Ask our pharmacist before use if you take:
Insulin or another medication that lowers blood glucose
Warfarin, an antiplatelet medication or another blood thinner
Multiple medications for cardiovascular disease
Another supplement intended to lower blood pressure or blood sugar
 
Evidence regarding these interactions is limited, but monitoring may be appropriate when beginning a concentrated olive-leaf extract.
 
Possible adverse effects include nausea, stomach discomfort, diarrhea, headache, dizziness or an allergic reaction. Stop use if a rash, swelling, breathing difficulty or another hypersensitivity reaction occurs.
 
Do not discontinue prescribed blood-pressure, diabetes, antimicrobial or cardiovascular medication in favour of olive leaf. Keep out of reach of children.

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS
Gelatin capsule made from gelatin and purified water, rice powder and vegetable-grade magnesium stearate.
 
ALLERGEN AND DIETARY INFORMATION
Labelled free from dairy, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, salt, tree nuts, artificial colours, artificial preservatives, artificial sweeteners and genetically modified ingredients.
 
Contains gelatin and is not suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets. The manufacturer’s online information does not identify the animal source of the gelatin.
