Quercetin is commonly promoted for immune and seasonal-allergy support, but clinical evidence for relieving allergy symptoms remains limited. It should not replace antihistamines, asthma medication, prescribed epinephrine or medical assessment.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Shake well and take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) once daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
Refrigerate after opening. Use a proper measuring spoon or medication cup rather than an ordinary household teaspoon.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have kidney disease, are preparing for surgery or take prescription medication.

Warfarin or another anticoagulant
Losartan or other blood-pressure medication

Laboratory, animal and limited clinical reports suggest possible interactions, although their importance in people is not always established.
 
Possible effects include headache, tingling, nausea or digestive discomfort. Stop use if a rash, swelling or another unexpected reaction occurs.
 
Contains xylitol, which is extremely toxic to dogs. Keep the bottle and any spills securely away from dogs and other pets. Contact a veterinarian or animal poison-control service immediately if a dog consumes any amount.
 
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.

Quercetin as quercetin dihydrate: 166.6 mg
Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopherol: 10 IU, providing 6.7 mg AT
 
NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS AND ALLERGENS
Purified water, sunflower oil, phosphatidylcholine, glycerin, xylitol, natural citrus flavour, potassium bicarbonate, citric acid, maltodextrin, acacia gum and natural flavours.
 
The phospholipids are derived from sunflower rather than soy. The product is vegan, non-GMO and labelled free from dairy, gluten and soy, with no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
 
Customers with a serious sunflower, citrus or pineapple allergy should check the current physical label before use because natural-flavour components may not be fully disclosed.
