HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Mix 1–2 scoops in water once daily. The unflavoured powder can also be mixed into a hot or cold beverage, smoothie or shake.
 
For osteoarthritis-related joint pain, use it for at least five months before assessing its full benefit. Depending on the dose, the 250 g container provides approximately 25–50 days of use.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have liver or kidney disease, or have been instructed to follow a low-protein diet. Mild digestive effects such as bloating, fullness or stomach discomfort may occur.
 
Collagen is not a complete protein and should not replace balanced dietary protein sources. Persistent, worsening or suddenly swollen joints—or pain following a significant injury—should be medically assessed. Keep out of reach of children.
