HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
At the recommended dose of four capsules daily, the 120-capsule bottle provides a 30-day supply.
 
Drink adequate fluids unless a healthcare professional has instructed you to restrict fluid intake.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
D-mannose does not replace urine testing, antibiotics or medical assessment when an infection is suspected. Delaying treatment may allow a bladder infection to spread to the kidneys.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have diabetes or kidney disease, or have been advised to restrict your fluid intake.
 
Seek prompt medical assessment if you have:
Fever, chills, nausea or vomiting
Pain in the back, side or below the ribs
Blood in the urine
Painful urination, bladder spasms or rapidly worsening symptoms
Difficulty passing urine
Symptoms during pregnancy
Symptoms that persist or return frequently
 
Men, children and people with recurrent, complicated or catheter-associated urinary symptoms should be medically assessed rather than self-treating with D-mannose.
 
D-mannose is a simple sugar. It is not expected to affect blood glucose like an equivalent amount of table sugar, but people with diabetes should monitor their response when beginning regular use.
 
Possible side effects include bloating, loose stools, diarrhea or stomach discomfort. Stop use and consult a healthcare practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.

Labelled free from dairy, starch, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, artificial preservatives, artificial colours, artificial sweeteners and genetically modified ingredients.
