Adults: Spray 1–2 times into each nostril in the morning and evening.
 
Do not share the bottle. Wipe the nozzle after each use without contaminating the opening.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
Evidence does not support claims that colloidal-silver nasal spray treats or prevents bacterial, viral or fungal infections. It should not delay assessment or appropriate treatment for suspected sinusitis or another respiratory condition.
 
Repeated or prolonged silver exposure may lead to accumulation in body tissues. Potential concerns include argyria—a possibly permanent blue-grey discolouration of the skin or mucous membranes—and kidney, liver or nervous-system effects.
 
Colloidal silver taken internally may interfere with the absorption of levothyroxine and certain antibiotics. Absorption from nasal use is uncertain, so consult a pharmacist before use with these medications.
 
Do not swallow, inhale deeply into the lungs or place the solution in a nebulizer. Avoid use during pregnancy or breastfeeding and in children unless specifically directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
 
Stop use if burning, bleeding, worsening congestion, rash, swelling or another reaction occurs.
 
Seek medical assessment for symptoms lasting more than 10 days, high fever, severe facial pain or swelling, difficulty breathing, recurring nosebleeds, eye swelling, vision changes or symptoms that improve and then worsen.
