WHY WE STOCK IT
A dye-free, alcohol-free and sucrose-free liquid antihistamine formulated for children aged 2–12 years. Each 5 mL contains 5 mg of cetirizine hydrochloride, providing up to 24-hour relief from common allergy symptoms.

Reactine treats allergy symptoms but does not relieve a stuffy nose caused by a cold or treat a severe allergic reaction.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Use only the enclosed dosage cup:
Children 2 to under 6 years: Take 5 mL once daily, or 2.5 mL in the morning and 2.5 mL in the evening.
Children 6–12 years: Take 10 mL once daily, or 5 mL in the morning and 5 mL in the evening.
 
Do not exceed the recommended dose. Do not give it to a child younger than two years or use it for longer than 14 days unless directed by a doctor.
 
The 118 mL bottle provides approximately 23 daily doses of 5 mL or 11 daily doses of 10 mL.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if your child has liver or kidney disease. Drowsiness may occur, although cetirizine is generally considered less sedating than some older antihistamines.
 
Do not combine it with another antihistamine, nighttime cough or cold medicine, sleep aid or other sedating product unless directed by a healthcare professional. Headache, sleepiness and dry mouth may occur.
 
Stop use and seek medical advice if symptoms persist, worsen, new symptoms develop or an allergic reaction occurs. Call 911 immediately for difficulty breathing, throat or tongue swelling, faintness or other signs of anaphylaxis—oral cetirizine is not a substitute for epinephrine.
 
Keep out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact the Ontario Poison Centre or obtain medical help immediately.
 
INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Each 5 mL contains cetirizine hydrochloride 5 mg.
 
Non-medicinal ingredients: anhydrous citric acid, flavours, propylene glycol, purified water, sodium benzoate, sorbitol solution and sucralose.
 
The grape-flavoured formula is dye-free, alcohol-free and sucrose-free. It contains sorbitol and sucralose.
 
STORAGE INFORMATION
Store between 15°C and 30°C. Do not use if the carton is open or the carton tape or bottle wrap is missing or broken.
