HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 softgel one to three times daily with food. Because each softgel already supplies 400 IU, consult a healthcare practitioner before taking more than one daily or using it long term.
 
Depending on the dose, 120 softgels provide a 40- to 120-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have cancer, cardiovascular disease or diabetes. Vitamin E may increase bleeding risk. Check with our pharmacist before use if you take warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, clopidogrel, daily aspirin, anti-inflammatory medication or another blood thinner.
 
Tell your surgeon or healthcare team that you take vitamin E before a planned procedure. If you are receiving chemotherapy or radiation therapy, use it only with approval from your oncology team. Avoid combining it with other high-dose vitamin E supplements unless specifically advised.
 
INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Each softgel contains 268 mg AT of natural vitamin E as d-alpha-tocopherol, equivalent to 400 IU. Non-medicinal ingredients are gelatin, glycerin and purified water.
 
The product is non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free and yeast-free. It is not vegetarian or vegan because the capsule contains gelatin. Soy is not listed among the ingredients; however, the manufacturer’s current product page does not specifically display a soy-free claim.
