Stop use 7 days before scheduled surgery. Stop immediately following an unexpected surgery or an injury that causes bruising or bleeding. Seek urgent medical care for unusual or uncontrolled bleeding, black stools, vomiting blood, sudden weakness, chest pain or symptoms of a stroke.
