HOW TO TAKE IT
Adult men: Take 2 tablets daily with food. Take them a few hours before or after other medications and natural health products.
 
At the labelled dose, 60 tablets provide a 30-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have kidney disease, cardiovascular disease or diabetes, or take a blood thinner. This formula provides 80 mcg of vitamin K2 daily, which can affect warfarin therapy.
 
Because it contains minerals, separate it from levothyroxine, certain antibiotics and bisphosphonates according to your pharmacist’s directions. The formula contains saw palmetto; consult a healthcare practitioner before use to exclude prostate cancer and tell your healthcare provider before prostate-specific antigen testing. Seek assessment for blood in the urine, painful urination, inability to urinate or rapidly worsening urinary symptoms.
 
Avoid combining it with another multivitamin without reviewing the combined nutrient amounts. Keep out of reach of children.
