A certified-organic, chemotyped frankincense oil with a woody, spicy aroma. This 100% pure essential oil is steam-distilled from Indian frankincense resin and licensed for aromatherapy use as a nerve-calming agent and to help relieve cold and cough symptoms.

Adults seeking a grounding aroma for relaxation or an essential oil for occasional inhalation during a cold or cough. It may also be used topically when properly diluted.
 
HOW TO USE IT
For inhalation, add 4–12 drops to a diffuser or bowl of steaming water. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5–10 minutes.
 
For topical use by adults, mix 2–4 drops into ½ teaspoon (2.5 mL) of vegetable carrier oil. Apply locally up to three times daily. Never apply undiluted.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
For external and occasional use only. Do not swallow. Keep away from the eyes and mucous membranes and out of reach of children. If swallowed, contact a poison-control centre or seek urgent medical attention.
 
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, on inflamed skin or when dermatitis is present. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you have asthma or epilepsy. Stop use if skin irritation, nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction occurs. Avoid exposing treated skin to sunlight and seek advice if symptoms persist or worsen.

Compared with Divine Essence Frankincense Somalia, the India variety comes from a different botanical species and has a more distinctly woody and spicy aroma.
