HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults 19 years and older: Take 1 capsule three times daily with meals. Use for at least one week to assess mood support or 2–3 weeks for preventive migraine support. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond one year.

MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, if you have scleroderma or a bleeding disorder, or if you take anticoagulant, antiplatelet or other blood-thinning medication.
 
Because each capsule contains 100 mg of 5-HTP, do not combine this product with an antidepressant or another serotonin-increasing product unless specifically approved by a pharmacist or prescriber. This includes SSRIs, SNRIs, MAO inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, tramadol, triptans,
dextromethorphan, certain anti-nausea medicines, St. John’s wort, SAMe and L-tryptophan. Combining serotonergic products can cause potentially serious serotonin toxicity.
 
Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have depression, frequent anxiety, bipolar disorder or another psychological condition, or if you take carbidopa. Avoid alcohol and other products that cause drowsiness. Use caution when driving or operating machinery until you know how the formula affects you.
 
Stop use and seek advice for severe gastrointestinal symptoms, weakness, mouth ulcers, skin changes or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain. Seek urgent care for agitation, confusion, fever, heavy sweating, tremor, muscle rigidity, rapid heartbeat or diarrhea, particularly after combining serotonergic products. Suicidal thoughts or an immediate mental-health crisis require urgent professional help.

Avoid combining it with another high-dose vitamin B6 product. Stop use and seek advice if persistent numbness, burning or tingling develops.
