Each liquid-filled capsule provides 400 mg of ibuprofen for short-term relief of pain, inflammation and fever.
 
BEST FOR
Adults and children 12 years and older needing temporary relief of headaches, migraines, menstrual cramps, dental pain, backaches, muscle or joint pain, minor arthritis pain, fever, or cold and flu aches.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Take 1 capsule with water every 6–8 hours as needed. Do not exceed 3 capsules in 24 hours. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest time, and take with food or milk if stomach upset occurs. Do not use for more than 5 days for pain or 3 days for fever unless advised by a healthcare professional. Not for children under 12.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not combine with other ibuprofen or NSAIDs, including naproxen or ASA used for pain. Ask a pharmacist before use if you take low-dose ASA, blood thinners, corticosteroids, blood-pressure medications, diuretics, lithium or methotrexate. Consult first if you are over 60 or have ulcers, bleeding problems, asthma, high blood pressure, or heart, kidney or liver disease. Do not use during the last 3 months of pregnancy; from 20 weeks onward, use only under medical direction. Stop and seek care for black stools, bloody vomit, chest pain, breathing difficulty, swelling, reduced urination or a severe allergic reaction. In an overdose, contact a poison centre or emergency department immediately—even without symptoms.
