Adults looking for herbal support at the first sign of a cold or respiratory infection. It has a sweet, tart berry flavour with gentle notes of mint, chamomile and ginger. It is not a substitute for medical assessment or prescribed treatment for severe or worsening symptoms.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Pour 240 mL of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes, then gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
 
Drink 1 cup three times daily, beginning at the first sign of infection. At the labelled dose, 16 tea bags provide approximately a five-day supply. Consult a healthcare practitioner before use beyond eight weeks.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding or if you are allergic to plants in the Asteraceae—or daisy—family, including ragweed, echinacea, chamomile, chrysanthemums and marigolds.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you take immunosuppressant medication or have an autoimmune disorder or progressive systemic disease, including multiple sclerosis, tuberculosis, collagenosis or leukemia.
 
Stop use if an allergic reaction develops. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist or worsen. Prompt assessment is appropriate for breathing difficulty, chest pain, confusion, dehydration, a persistent high fever or symptoms that improve and then become significantly worse. Keep out of reach of children.
 
INGREDIENT INFORMATION
Each tea bag contains organic purple coneflower herb (Echinacea purpurea) 1,005 mg and organic European elderflower (Sambucus nigra) 127.5 mg.
The organic herbal blend also contains ginger rhizome, chamomile flower, yarrow herb, peppermint leaf, echinacea root dry extract and European elderberry dry concentrate.
