A high-potency B-complex providing vitamin B6 in both pyridoxine hydrochloride and activated pyridoxal-5-phosphate forms. It also combines active folate, three forms of vitamin B12, choline and inositol to support nutrient metabolism, red-blood-cell formation and normal nervous-system and cognitive function.
 
This is a specialized, high-dose formula—not a routine low-potency daily multivitamin.
 
BEST FOR
Adults who have been advised to use a B6-rich B-complex for a defined nutritional or clinical reason.
 
Each capsule supplies 200 mg of vitamin B6, substantially more than typical daily nutritional requirements. It should not be used casually for general energy, stress or mood support, and it is not an appropriate substitute for investigating persistent fatigue, numbness or cognitive changes.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond three months.
At the labelled dose, 60 capsules provide a 60-day supply.
 
MEDICATION AND SAFETY CAUTIONS
This product contains a very high dose of vitamin B6. Long-term or excessive vitamin B6 intake can cause sensory neuropathy, even though B6 is water-soluble.
 
Stop taking it and consult a healthcare professional immediately if numbness, tingling, burning, unusual sensitivity, weakness, poor coordination or balance problems develop. Symptoms often begin in the hands or feet.
 
Add together the vitamin B6 supplied by this product, multivitamins, prenatal supplements, magnesium blends, energy products and fortified drinks. Do not combine it with another B6- or B-complex supplement unless specifically directed.
 
Consult a healthcare practitioner before use if you:
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Take levodopa, particularly levodopa without carbidopa
Take phenytoin, phenobarbital or another antiseizure medication
Have existing peripheral neuropathy, kidney disease or another medical condition
Are receiving treatment for Parkinson’s disease, epilepsy or neuropathic symptoms
 
Vitamin B6 can reduce the effect of levodopa when levodopa is taken without carbidopa. High supplemental doses may also affect certain antiseizure medications.
 
Niacin may cause warmth, flushing, itching, headache or stomach upset in sensitive individuals, although the forms used in this formula are generally less likely to cause flushing than nicotinic acid.
 
Riboflavin may turn urine bright yellow; this is expected and harmless. Stop use if an allergic or otherwise concerning reaction occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Vegetarian capsule made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and purified water.
