A cold-pressed black cumin seed oil supplement made from Egyptian-sourced Nigella sativa. Each softgel provides 500 mg of oil and is licensed as supportive therapy for symptoms of allergic rhinitis—hay fever.
 
BEST FOR
Adults seeking complementary support for seasonal allergy symptoms such as sneezing, nasal congestion, runny nose or itchy, watery eyes. Black cumin seed oil contains naturally occurring fatty acids and thymoquinone and has been studied for antioxidant and inflammatory-response support.
 
It is not a replacement for an antihistamine, asthma inhaler, epinephrine auto-injector or medical treatment for a serious allergic reaction.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: Take 2 softgels three times daily with meals.
 
Use for at least two weeks to assess benefit. The full daily dose provides 3,000 mg of black cumin seed oil. At the labelled dose, 120 softgels provide a 20-day supply.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Do not use during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or when trying to conceive. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have a serious immune disorder.
 
Black cumin seed oil may lower blood sugar or blood pressure. Ask our pharmacist before use if you have diabetes, hypoglycemia, hypertension or low blood pressure, or take glucose-lowering or blood-pressure medication.
 
Check before use if you take warfarin, apixaban, rivaroxaban, clopidogrel, daily aspirin or another blood thinner. Tell your healthcare team before surgery or a dental procedure.
 
Stop use and seek advice if nausea, bloating, stomach discomfort, dizziness, low-blood-sugar symptoms, an allergic reaction or worsening allergy symptoms develop. Seek urgent care for difficulty breathing, facial or throat swelling, fainting or other signs of a severe allergic reaction.

Non-medicinal ingredients: gelatin, glycerin, purified water and mixed tocopherol concentrate.
