A child-friendly tangerine-flavoured chewable providing 50 mg of elemental magnesium from highly absorbable TRAACS® magnesium bisglycinate. Magnesium helps support normal muscle function, energy metabolism, electrolyte balance, and the development and maintenance of healthy bones and teeth.
 
BEST FOR
Children four years and older who have a low dietary intake of magnesium or difficulty swallowing capsules. The gentle bisglycinate form may be better tolerated than some other forms of magnesium. It can support adequate magnesium intake but should not be presented as a treatment for anxiety, ADHD, growing pains or sleep disorders.
 
HOW TO TAKE IT
Children 4–8 years: Chew one to two tablets daily.
Adolescents 9–18 years: Chew one to two tablets up to three times daily.
Use the lowest age-appropriate dose and follow the product label or a healthcare professional’s recommendation. Ask a healthcare professional before giving it to a child younger than four.
 
MEDICATION & SAFETY CAUTIONS
Separate magnesium from levothyroxine, bisphosphonates and tetracycline or quinolone antibiotics—your pharmacist can confirm the required interval, which is often two to four hours. Consult a healthcare professional before use if the child has kidney disease or takes prescription medication. Excess magnesium may cause loose stools, nausea or abdominal cramping; reduce the dose or discontinue use if this occurs. Use under adult supervision and keep out of reach of young children. This product contains xylitol, which is highly toxic to dogs—store it securely away from pets.
