HOW TO TAKE IT
Mix 1 scoop (5 g) into 250 mL of water or another beverage immediately before drinking.
For gradual saturation, take 1 scoop daily for at least four weeks, then continue once daily. An optional loading phase is 1 scoop three to four times daily for 5–7 days, followed by 1 scoop daily. Loading is not required. Take it consistently on training and rest days.
 
MEDICATION CAUTIONS
Consult our pharmacist before use if you have kidney disease, abnormal kidney-function tests, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication that may affect the kidneys. Creatine can increase measured blood creatinine without necessarily indicating kidney damage, so tell your healthcare provider before laboratory testing. Temporary water-weight gain or digestive discomfort may occur, especially with loading doses.
