WHY WE STOCK IT
A pure, cold-pressed botanical carrier oil for moisturizing dry skin and conditioning dry, frizzy or brittle-looking hair. Argan oil naturally contains unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidant compounds and can be used alone or incorporated into homemade cosmetic preparations.
 
Unlike fragranced hair serums, this is a simple plant oil without added perfume or silicones. Its natural nutty, spicy and oily aroma is normal for cold-pressed argan oil.
 
BEST FOR
Dry or rough skin, dry hair ends, frizz, cuticles and small-batch cosmetic formulations. A few drops can help soften the skin and improve the appearance and manageability of dry hair without requiring a complicated formula.
 
Argan oil is cosmetic care. It does not treat eczema, psoriasis, scalp infection, hair loss or another medical condition.
 
HOW TO USE IT
For the face or body, warm a few drops between clean hands and gently massage them into slightly damp skin.
 
For hair, apply one or two drops to damp or dry mid-lengths and ends. Begin with a very small amount to avoid weighing down fine hair.
 
For a pre-shampoo treatment, massage a small amount into the hair or scalp, leave it on briefly and wash thoroughly. Discontinue scalp use if it increases itching, flaking or irritation.
 
It may also be used as a carrier oil or ingredient in properly formulated lotions, soaps and other external cosmetic products.
 
SAFETY CAUTIONS
For external cosmetic use only. Do not swallow unless the physical package specifically identifies the oil as food-grade. Avoid contact with the eyes and do not apply it to open wounds, infected skin or severely irritated areas.
 
Argan oil is obtained from the kernel of the argan fruit. Allergic reactions are uncommon but possible. People with a serious tree-nut allergy or previous reactions to argan products should consult an allergist or healthcare professional before use.
 
Patch-test a small amount on intact skin before applying it widely or using it on the face or scalp. Stop use if redness, swelling, itching, burning or hives develop.
 
Pure oils can make floors, bathtubs and shower surfaces slippery. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Store tightly closed in a cool, dark place away from heat and direct sunlight. Natural oils can oxidize over time; discard the product if its smell becomes sharply rancid or noticeably different.
