HOW TO TAKE IT
Adults: take 1–4 softgels daily. For rheumatoid arthritis pain, the labeled dose is 4 softgels daily, preferably under healthcare guidance. Children aged 6–8: take 1 softgel daily. Children and adolescents aged 9–17: take 1–2 softgels daily. Take with a meal for better tolerance.
 
MEDICATION CAUTIONS
Consult our pharmacist before use if you take anticoagulants, antiplatelet medication or blood-pressure medication, have a bleeding disorder, or are preparing for surgery. Consultation is also recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Do not use if you have a fish allergy.
